Transportation

Commuting by car is very convenient in this part of Abbotsford. Parking is generally easy. On the other hand, residents using public transit may experience very few choices in Bradner-Mt. Lehman by reason of the low service level. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood. Many of the homes for sale in this area are located in places that are not very well-suited for pedestrians as running common errands is impractical without a car. This area is also not especially conducive to bicycling since the cycling network is not very comprehensive, and there are a fair number of slopes.

Services

There are only a very small number of high schools in this neighbourhood and therefore they can be a very long walk away. Additionally, Bradner-Mt. Lehman does not contain any primary schools. Moreover, parents and their kids may find it challenging to get to daycares as pedestrians. When it comes to eating, in the majority of cases, a vehicle is required to purchase groceries.
