Transportation

House buyers who appreciate walkability will enjoy the rather pedestrian-friendly nature of this area; running common errands is easy without the use of a vehicle, and a good number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Bicycling is also easy in Upper Eastside. Driving is an excellent mode of transportation in this neighbourhood. Parking is easy, and most homes for sale are a very short car ride from the closest highway. On the other hand, Upper Eastside is not very transit friendly.
