Glastonbury is an extremely good part of Edmonton for driving. It is convenient to find a place to park, and nearby highways are fairly easy to reach from any location in Glastonbury. On the other hand, the public transit service in this part of Edmonton is not very frequent. Thankfully, homeowners are served by a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is usually very close by. Getting around by bicycle is convenient in this area because the topography is fairly flat, and there are a good number of bike lanes. Glastonbury is not particularly suitable for those who travel by walking as many day-to-day needs are occasionally difficult to meet without a car.
