Character

Patricia Heights is a "jack-of-all-trades" when it comes to the ambience of this neighbourhood. Most areas in Patricia Heights are very quiet, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic. However, there are about 10 green spaces close by for residents to unwind in, such as Lynnwood Park, and they are very well-distributed, which makes them very easy to reach. Lastly, even though this part of Edmonton is not known for its lively ambience, with the nightlife venues in nearby neighbourhoods, it is very hard to find a place to grab a drink because they are generally located very far.
