Transportation

No matter the mode of transportation, it is convenient to move around in Parkdale. Thanks to 2 rapid transit stations (Stadium Station and Coliseum Station) with access to the Capital Line, and approximately 10 nearby bus lines, commuting by public transit is convenient in Parkdale. Home buyers who value residing in a compact area will also welcome the pedestrian-friendly character of Parkdale; running common errands is convenient without needing a vehicle, and many businesses are fairly close at hand. This part of the city will appeal to physically active people because it is moderately suitable for cycling. More specifically, the terrain is reasonably flat, and there are a good number of bike lanes.

Services

Parents and their children will find that wherever their house is situated in this part of the city, schools and daycares are nearby. In terms of food, a general and a specialty grocery store is always only a short stroll away in Parkdale. Furthermore, there is typically a restaurant or cafe in close proximity. Character

No matter what type of character home buyers prefer in a neighbourhood, Parkdale is a reasonably good option. Parkdale is quiet overall, as noise from streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue. Housing
