Transportation

McQueen affords house buyers several alternative modes of transportation. Property owners who want to reside in a walkable area will be pleased with the fairly pedestrian-friendly character of this part of Edmonton; carrying out day-to-day needs is easy without the use of a vehicle, and plenty of businesses are close by. This neighbourhood will also appeal to physically active people as it is suitable for cycling. In particular, it is an even ride to most destinations. Commuting by public transit is convenient in McQueen as a result of approximately 10 nearby bus lines. The favoured way to move around in this area is often driving. Parking is quite easy.

McQueen is especially quiet overall, as noise from the streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue. There are around 10 green spaces close by for residents to explore, such as Coronation Park, and they are especially well-situated, which makes it very easy to reach them.

Housing

Single detached homes are the main housing type, representing many dwellings in McQueen, whereas the rest are mainly small apartment buildings.
