Transportation

Canora provides home buyers with the choice between different methods of transportation. With approximately 10 nearby bus lines, the transit infrastructure in this area is rather accessible. It is also easy for pedestrians to get around in Canora; many daily errands can be run without needing a car, and many businesses are moderately close by. The bike is a fairly good method of transportation in Canora as there are a limited number of elevation changes.

Services

It is very easy to access the closest grocery store without a car from anywhere in Canora. Additionally, this neighbourhood is a fairly good place in which to go out to eat or go to a cafe. It is also very easy to reach a number of clothing stores as a pedestrian. In terms of education, daycares and schools are very easy to get to without a vehicle from most properties for sale in Canora.

Character

No matter what type of character home buyers prefer in a neighbourhood, Canora is a fairly good option. Although the ambience is not the liveliest in this part of Edmonton, its main streets are still quite lively, and with the nightlife venues in nearby neighbourhoods, it is easy to find a place to grab a drink since they are generally located a short distance away. Canora is very quiet, as there tend to be low levels of noise from traffic. It is very easy to reach parks from a lot of locations in the neighbourhood since there are around 20 of them nearby for residents to relax in.

Housing

Many buildings are small apartment buildings, making it easy to find apartments in Canora, while single detached homes and townhouses are also present in the housing stock. This part of Edmonton has a good variety of housing size options, ranging from lofts to four or more bedrooms.
