The bike is a reasonably good method of transportation in this neighbourhood since it is an even ride to most locations, and there are a fair number of bike lanes. The transit access in this area is somewhat poor. Thankfully, residents benefit from about 10 bus lines, and most properties are very close to a bus stop. However, Caernarvon is moderately car friendly. It is easy to find a parking spot.

Moreover, those who like to dine in restaurants will have a fair number of choices, for instance along Castle Downs Road North-west, and home buyers benefit from a few cafes as well. It is also a rather short stroll to a reasonable variety of clothing stores. Caernarvon is excellent for those who prefer a quiet atmosphere, as the streets are usually very peaceful. Housing

Caernarvon experienced its main construction boom in the 1960s and 1970s, so most of the available properties are from this time period. Homeowners occupy about two thirds of the properties in Caernarvon and renters occupy the remainder. This part of the city is primarily composed of four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes.
