The neighbourhood of Ambleside is part of the city of Edmonton, Alberta, which is situated in the Greater Edmonton metropolitan area.

Transportation

The car is usually the best method to navigate this part of Edmonton. It is a rather short drive to the nearest highway from anywhere in Ambleside, and finding a place to park is generally easy. In contrast, the public transit service in this neighbourhood is not very frequent. Nevertheless, homeowners are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are ordinarily around the corner. This neighbourhood is reasonably amenable to cycling because the bicycling infrastructure is reasonably good, and the terrain is flat.
