Transportation

This part of the city presents property owners with several alternative methods of transportation. University Heights is suitable for those who like to travel as pedestrians; running daily errands is convenient without needing to use a vehicle, and many businesses are rather close by. Active house buyers will also enjoy the reasonably cycling-friendly nature of this part of Calgary. For instance, the cycling network is very comprehensive. University Heights has a reasonably good transit system. More specifically, there is University Station and Banff Trail Station on the Red Line - Somerset - Bridlewood/Tuscany CTrain. There are about 10 bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. University Heights is also very car friendly. It is a very short drive to the nearest highway from anywhere in University Heights, and it is easy to access a parking spot.

Services
