The neighbourhood of Place Vertu is part of the city of Montréal, Quebec, which is located in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

Place Vertu will appeal to property owners that appreciate several methods of transportation. A majority of the houses for sale in this part of the city are located in areas that are rather suitable for people who like to get around as pedestrians; most daily needs are easy to meet without a vehicle.
